Measurements for sizing - I will send you a measurement chart through email for you to fill out.  I would like to have a picture of your child also if possible to help me create a unique design just for her.  (The picture will be returned to you with the finished dress.)   

Deadlines - Due to volume of orders, I have no set deadlines.  Orders must be placed to give me a convenient amount of time to make your unique design perfect for your little girl. 

Budget – Example prices are indicated on my Pageant Wear Examples to give you an idea of what can be created in various price ranges.  During our discussions regarding color and style, we will agree upon a final price for your creation before any materials are ordered or any work begins.

Color and style – Color and style selection will be discussed through e-mail or by phone.

Shipping – All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.  Shipping insurance is required.

Deposits – One half of our agreed-upon price must be paid in advance before I order the materials needed to create your design.  These are custom made dresses and there is no return or cancellation after the materials have been ordered.  The balance is due when the garment is shipped.  I accept money order, cashiers check, Paypal to my email address or Visa/Master Card.   

Pictures – I would like to have a picture of your child in the dress created just for her, and will request the right to use all pictures received on this website.
